My Sister's new mountain home was open to the studs and in
need of Surround Sound. A weekend Oregon road trip was
definitely in order! We mounted a 50" HD Plasma to the sub-frame
behind slate tile. All video was run through MIT OneWire and is
switched through a Marantz SR 5500 Receiver. 7.1 Paradigm
in-ceiling speakers and sub rounded out the sound rather well, and
yes, in-ceiling speakers can sound fantastic. Zone 2 feeds Paradigm
Stylus speakers out on the deck.
